Vendoss is a platform for independent sellers. While you control your storefront and set your own rules, all sales must comply with applicable laws and regulations.

Prohibited items & activities

The following are prohibited and will result in immediate shop closure:

• CSAM or any exploitation material
• Stolen accounts, credentials, or digital goods
• Goods or services illegal in the buyer's jurisdiction
• Fraud, scams, or misrepresentation
• Money laundering or sanctions evasion
• Goods that violate intellectual property rights
• Any activity that violates applicable law

Seller responsibility

Sellers are responsible for ensuring their offerings comply with law. Payment processors (Stripe, Coinbase Commerce, BTCPay, etc.) maintain their own prohibited activities policies, which also apply to all shops.

Vendoss reserves the right to disable shops in violation of law.

Your payment processor's terms of service also apply. Review their prohibited activities before connecting.
