Do you take a percentage of my sales?

What happens if you shut down, or I want to leave?
One click exports your listings, orders, messages, buyer list, and delivery files. If you stop paying, your data is kept for 90 days before deletion, and we notify you at every step rather than quietly wiping it. If you were using a custom domain, you keep it — it is yours, pointed wherever you like.
Can you freeze my money or hold my payouts?
No. We never hold it. There is no platform wallet, no payout queue, and no verification step between your buyer paying and you being paid. This is the reason the product is built the way it is.
Which crypto do you support?
Whatever your gateway supports — you connect your own (Coinbase Commerce, BTCPay, or others). Vendoss handles what happens around the payment: matching it to the order, tolerating small underpayments, crediting overpayments to the buyer's shop balance, and locking the rate on the invoice.
What if a buyer underpays by a few cents?
There are two tolerance floors. A shortfall inside the floor marks the order paid, and anything above it becomes buyer balance instead of a problem. This exists because on small orders network fees routinely break exact-amount matching, and chasing $0.04 is not a business.
Do I need to know anything technical?
To run the shop, no — adding a listing is a plain form: title, price, delivery time, done. To connect a payment processor, you need an account with one and the ability to copy an API key. We show you exactly where to find it.
Can I use my own domain?
