Not a party to your sales

Vendoss is storefront software. We are not a party to any transaction between a seller and a buyer, we do not hold funds, and we do not guarantee delivery, quality, or refunds for any listing. Disputes are between the seller and the buyer, and where relevant, between either party and their payment processor.

Payment processors are independent

Stripe, Coinbase Commerce, BTCPay, and any other payment processor a seller connects are independent third parties with their own terms, fees, and dispute-resolution processes. Vendoss is not responsible for their availability, decisions, or handling of funds.

No financial, legal, or tax advice

Nothing on this site is financial, legal, or tax advice. Sellers are responsible for understanding and meeting their own tax and regulatory obligations in every jurisdiction they sell into.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vendoss and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform, including lost sales, lost data, or disputes with buyers or payment processors.
