This page explains what information Vendoss collects and how it's used.

Account information

When you create a seller account, we store your email address, shop details, and any content you add to your storefront (listings, images, descriptions). This is used to run your shop and to contact you about your account.

Buyer information

When a buyer places an order or sends an inquiry, we store the details they provide (name, email, order details) so the seller can fulfil the order and respond. We do not sell this information to third parties.

Payment processing

Vendoss does not process or store payment card details. Payments are handled directly by the payment processor a seller connects (Stripe, Coinbase Commerce, BTCPay, or similar), under that processor's own privacy policy.

Cookies and analytics

We use cookies necessary to keep you signed in and to remember basic preferences. Some pages may use analytics to understand overall traffic patterns; this does not identify you personally.
